About
Cynthirella Wentzel is the founder of The Cynthirella System.
The origin of the system lies in her own life.
For years, she knew she wanted more. Not because her life looked wrong from the outside, but because she noticed a gap could exist between what works on paper and what actually feels like your own.
She often knew more clearly what no longer fit than what should take its place.
That brought other questions with it.
Who am I, right now?
What do I actually care about?
Which parts of my life did I choose myself, and which simply became automatic over time?
And if I get to set direction again, how do I want to shape my life from here?
It was in that space, between knowing something no longer fits and deciding what comes next, that the foundation for The Cynthirella System took shape.
Background
Cynthirella holds a degree in social work, with a professional background in the social sector focused on partner violence, domestic abuse, and child safety.
She is also co-author of Veilig Verliefd, a prevention-focused book on partner violence for teenagers, young adults, and professionals, focused on recognizing unhealthy relationship patterns before they escalate.
Her professional experience and personal growth have shaped the way she sees things, but The Cynthirella System doesn't tell women how to live their lives.
It grew from a different belief:
Life keeps changing, and we change with it. But within everything that isn't fully in our hands, there is still room to pause, look at ourselves, and have a say in where our life goes from there.
From that belief, The Cynthirella System was created: a self-leadership system for women that creates room to explore who they are, who they want to become, and how they want to get there.
