Return Policy

This return policy applies to orders shipped within the Netherlands and Belgium, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind, and another 14 days to send it back.

The journal must be unused, unwritten in, and in its original condition to qualify for a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thecynthirellasystem@gmail.com, including photos of the damage. Damage reported after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement, as we’re unable to confirm whether the damage occurred during shipping or afterward.

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund you within 14 days.
